These Terms cover your use of the Silverspringskeys website and any service, booking or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you state that this is true. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every booking depends on availability and our confirmation.
• Rates appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where it applies; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card must guarantee each reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is regulated by International law and is offered only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the environment safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Silverspringskeys or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
